HOPE Cultural Society celebrated the International Mother Language Day, on Saturday, February 21 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The program was held in an intimate, organized and cultural atmosphere and started with Iftar. The participants gathered in a friendly environment and benefited from the opportunity to meet and discuss.
Subsequently, Mr. Amin Gohari gave a valuable scientific presentation on "Language, Identity and Importance of Effective Learning". His words were warmly welcomed by the attendees and special emphasis was given on the importance of preserving and strengthening of the mother tongue.
The next part of the program was dedicated to educational activities.
An interesting competition was held for children in which the participants arranged their names using alphabets. The section was accompanied by welcoming and excitement of the children.
Still the question and answer contest on Kahoot! It was held that created a competitive, cheerful and instructive atmosphere among the members and gave a certain enthusiasm and joy to the event.
After that, the Fika section was held and the participants engaged in conversation in a friendly atmosphere.
Subsequently, a poetry reading and proverb expression program was performed, which gave a cultural, literary and identity-centered effect to the gathering, reminding the richness of our language and culture.
At last, the program was successfully completed and by taking a group photo, the cultural event ended in a worthy way.
